HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER / CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

We deliver for FREE anywhere within Metro Manila. We also offer EXPRESS same-day and next-day deliveries for an additional fee of PHP1,000 so be sure to place your order in advance to avoid additional charges.

DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?

We currently cater to deliveries within Metro Manila and some parts of Laguna, Cavite, Pampanga and Bulacan.

HOW LONG DO THE BALLOONS LAST?

We strongly suggest for the balloons to be delivered / picked up on the same day it will be used. The helium is guaranteed to keep the balloon afloat for 24 hours. But over time, since the balloon is still porous, the gas inside will gradually leak and the sticker will slowly get deformed as well. So we hope to send your order on the same day it will be given or used.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BALLOON POPS AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED?

Two (2) hours after the product has been delivered, we will no longer be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling on the recipient’s part. For any issues related to our products, kindly report it within two (2) hours upon receipt by sending us photos for proof, so we can investigate on the incident and decide the course of action to take. If proven to be a mishandling on our part, we either replace the product or credit a refund for future purchases. Due to the general nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that they will remain perfectly intact when used or installed outdoors. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement for any form of loss or damage due to factors outside and beyond our control.

WHAT DO YOU USE TO MAKE THE BALLOONS FLOAT?

We use strictly purely helium to inflate all of our balloon products which is 100% safe, inert, non-toxic, and non-flammable.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

No, we are an online balloon shop. But we have pop-up booths every Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

WHAT TIME WILL THE BALLOONS BE DELIVERED?

We attempt to ensure the timely delivery of our products, never later than 2:00PM. However, during peak season, or due to bad weather or traffic conditions, delays may occur. The exact delivery time of the balloons will depend on our delivery route for the day. We can advise you on the estimated time of arrival (ETA) on the day of the delivery upon request. For those who availed our Petalier-On-Time / Blloons-On-Time, which guarantees a specific delivery time for an additional service fee of Php1000, please allow a one-hour leeway or window time. For instance, if preferred delivery time is 9am, expect the balloons to arrive either 8am to 9am or 9am to 10am.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS ONCE I’VE PAID?

For any changes in your order details, kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date otherwise, we hold the right to refuse said changes with no refund especially once materials have already been prepared.
